Exploring public health applications for next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics
Dear Colleagues,
The Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL), PulseNet Asia Pacific, and Illumina Asia Pacific Japan invite you to attend our Office Hours exploring public health applications for next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics. We plan to offer Office Hours every two months with the goal of establishing a Community of Practice (CoP) to share knowledge on NGS for public health activities throughout the region.
The Office Hours are designed to provide information and promote peer-to-peer discussions for public health laboratory scientists working in the field of enteric pathogen surveillance and other infectious diseases.
Our fifth session will focus on the with NGS for public health surveillance in Thailand. Presentations from Drs. Tip and Piroon will give perspective on incorporating NGS into surveillance of pathogens in the region.,
